I am a Vodafone postpaid customer with number 9873061093. In Mar13 Vodafone overcharged me with Rs.400. My line rental is 99 for calling texting and 199 for unlimited 2G data. In mar’13 Vodafone has generated a bill for me with Rs.756 when I asked them how this bill could be 756 they said there is charge of 393 to use Vodafone live which is called internet service.

I replied them when I have unlimited internet pack with 199 so how can you charge me extra. They said I have VMC (Vodafone mobile connect) and I have used Vodafone live. In month feb and Mar’13 data was not working in my phone I logged a lots complaints about this then Vodafone technical team called me and asked me to do some manual setting of Vodafone live.

When I asked then will I get charged anything extra they said no as I have unlimited data packed active. I am regularly sending emails to Vodafone about this. But they have uneducated customer services who can’t understand. So request you to kindly look into this.
