panasonic_acI had lodged a complaint on May 21, 2014 regarding the compressor of my newly purchased  AC on May 1, 2014. After a week an engineer came and started calling on the toll free number. He did not tell us what the fault was.

He transferred the call to his seniors and assured us that they will call us back within two hours. They were irresponsible and did not call us . When contacted we were told that a party of the AC is required to be replaced and said the part is not available presently.

We are repenting why we purchased the AC from Panasonic which has a very bad after sales service. The issue has not been resolved so far . It is shameful on the pat of such a big brand . I will not suggest any one to purchase any product of Panasonic due to the poor service , irresponsible engineers and seniors. My complaint detail can be heard from frequently call done by me since last so many days.

Sir, kindly get me replaced this Khatara A/C or get me back  my Rs 35000 please.
