I have been calling your customer care no. for so many times ( 8-9 Times from July onwards ).

And the only response I got regarding my complaint was your phone will be delivered to you within 7 days.
As it has became 2 months since I deposited my handset at your service center.
and yesterday I spoke to one of your cc repr. and he told me that he will arrange some call back from seniors but till this time I haven’t got any call.
It simply indicate that you people are not bothered about customer.
Every time I am calling , and getting single response from two months back that it will take seven more days . I haven’t got any response from your side since 2 months. accept this apologies mail attached below.

Sir as I have never expected that I will buy micromax handset that I will be able to use only for 13 days and then it would be gone for so long repair and that to with your bad services.

Now I do have only one option left with me , that I should g consumer court and Iam Going for that.

But my personal review to micromax is that i have never seen such inferior products micromax produces.
I have never experienced such a worst service experience as I have gone through yours.
And Your customer Relation management is the worst.

I purchased a new micromax canvas hd befor 2 months for inr 16000 Rs , and within one month i observed some problem in it. and i deposited it in your service centre for repair. charging and data cable error, before 25 days . since then i have not received any response, when i called service centre intouch communication they gave me some wrong job sheet no. finally i got a message that your phone has been repaired i called them back they told sir this was some other persons cellphone so i don’t know how these people are surviving . and for me it seems to be my first and last mistake in case of the phone selection from a brand nothing more worst then micromax. thank you very much… My Job sheet no. is still a suspense for me …

2. within one month phone mother board issue ———————– inferior quality product
